The Professional in Foot Reflexology is a specialist professional figure, who uses the knowledge of acupressure techniques, with the aim of facilitating and rebalancing the psychophysical well-being of the person. It is an interdisciplinary professional figure, who bases his action and effectiveness on physical and emotional contact, through the use of the knowledge and techniques acquired in the Academy.
The Professional brings the person undergoing the treatment on a journey of self-discovery and to a greater awareness of what is happening in different parts of their physical, emotional and mental body.

First Year
Take part in 17 weekends of lessons
to start your academic path at the academy in the best possible way, the subjects of which are:
- Pathology
- Aromatherapy
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Homeopathy and Oligoelements
- Bach flowers
- Foot Reflexology
- Readings of the “signs” physiognomy of the foot
- Applied color technique
- Children and zonal maps
Second Year
Take part in 8 weekends of lessons
to best continue your course of study on Naturopathy whose subjects are:
- Energy meridians
- Emotional reading of each plantar point
- Lodges
- Bach flowers and essential oils applied to the different maps
- Acupressure
- Face scrub
- Nutrition related to foot reflexology
- Auriculotherapy
+ 50 hours of thematic internship

The skills you will acquire
- Identify the individual needs of the client
- Activate the ability to relax and rebalance the psychophysical functions of the body and mind through treatment
- Autonomously carry out sessions that also include techniques with the chrome pen
- Identify your area of intervention and its limits
- Ensure the health, hygiene and safety conditions of the workplace
- Use all the techniques learned with mastery and abundance.
An educational path in order
Accademia Sol guarantees you a two-year training of 450 hours in line with law n. 4/2013 which is aimed at protecting those who use professional services of an intellectual nature, even if provided by Professionals not organized in orders, colleges or registers, under the banner of maximum transparency. As part of this purpose, the law recognizes the nature of a profession to the activity of those who provide these services and regulates and enhances their quality.
Online training
The Online School will have the same qualities as the frontal one, as the lessons that the students will attend will be those held directly in the classroom in the frontal school with the students and it will therefore be possible to intervene with questions and insights.
Both the lessons and the internships can be recorded and each student can review them whenever they want in the reserved area that can be found on our website.
